My name is Caleb Klingner, and I’m the operations manager for Sequoyah Dental, a growing private dental practice in Northwest Arkansas. I oversee scheduling, insurance systems, team leadership, onboarding, training, workflow optimization, communication structure, and daily operations.
I work hands-on with the team every day, which gives me a practical understanding of what actually works in a dental office.

I’m not a consultant—I’m a coach. My coaching is relationship-based, practical, and built around real conversations. Everything I teach is used daily inside a real dental office.
